[T] Manufactured solutions for T, axisymm. test

Both, the 2D in cylinder coordinates test and
the corresponding 3D wedge in cartesian coordinates
are updated. Verified against analytical solution
given in both project files for initial conditions.

New references are provided for numerical comparison.
