There is an upper limit of the exp function argument which is now being
tested to avoid +inf results and floating-point exceptions.

Using volume_fraction and frozen liquid properties.
Avoiding SpecificHeatCapacityWithLatentHeat; the approach
results in quantities not appearing in the PDE in particular
the quotient of effective volumetric specific heat capacity
and effective density (C_vol/rho_eff).

Updates to Newton, p and u = 0 through Dirichlet BC,
References updated but the results are very well comparable
with the heat conduction's results.

Negative indices mean ghost nodes for which the nodes
owning partition is responsible.
Might be helpful when implementing new BCs.

"owning" partition and not on ghost nodes.
