This fixes a CMake error where ${CMAKE_ARGS} was empty.

IdentifySubdomains tool.

Increasing the gate limit.

For checking and setting of the node and element correspondences
between subdomain and bulk meshes.

Algorithms for searching the nodes and elements of a subdomain mesh
in a bulk mesh. The bulk_node_ids and bulk_element_ids
mesh properties are added to the subdomain mesh or checked for
consistency.

RM/HM/LIE-HM interpolated pressure

Before the globbing didn't find any files because they were prefixed with
expected_. Renamed.
Added pressure_interpolated output.

This is copy from LIE/HM and needs to be generalized.

In release build they do not pass.

`$WORKSPACE` variable is correctly substituted when using double quotation marks.
