Extension of element removal

[MeL] Add Tet4 to Tet10 conversion.

Added -f switch to CMakes remove command when cleaning-up old test
artifacts before running tests. Before, this the clean-up failed
when the artifact was not existant.

Artifacts are kept for 10 builds, whole builds up to 30.

Move process implementations into cpp
