Use range-for-loop instead of std::for_each algorithm.

The method PropertyVector::size() now returns the number of tuples times the number of entries per tuple.

These were not initialized contrary to the first constructor.

The method size() returns now the number of tuples instead of the number of values.

This is to prevent misuse the method.

This commit prepares the moving the visibility of the constructor to the protected space.
