Place it in StringTools.

Use extractBaseName() now.

Replace getFileNameFromPath(f, true/false) with corresponding extractBaseName() and extractBaseNameWithoutExtension().

moved functions getFileNameFromPath(), getSuffixFromPath(), copyPathToFileName() and extractPath() from files StringTools.{cpp,h} to files FileTools.{cpp,h}

moved functions trim(), replaceString(), splitString() and template functions number2str() and str2number() into namespace BaseLib

- remove functions to manipulate file names because they exist in StringTools.h
- move implementations into cpp
- fix type, etc.
