moved functions trim(), replaceString(), splitString() and template functions number2str() and str2number() into namespace BaseLib

Merging BaseLib 1

- remove functions to manipulate file names because they exist in StringTools.h
- move implementations into cpp
- fix type, etc.

Includes references and referenced by graphs, undocumented members, source code and some more.

DOT_FOUND is used by doxygen, but was not set anywhere.

changed name of file AxisAlignedBoundingBox.h to AABB.h according to the style guid rule: class name equals file name
