15 mins regular benchmarks
90 mins large benchmarks

Does not work on CI under load.

  default  - RUNTIME <= 60 s
  large    - RUNTIME >  60 s
  meshtest - Tests added with MeshTest()
  tester   - all tester

The --timeout given to ctest is valid for each test, not full runtime.
