These targets are renamed because CTest automatically generates a
target called ‚test‘ which cannot be modified.

make gtest - runs the unit tests
make ctest - runs upcoming executable tests

All info is collected in BaseLib/BuildInfo.{h,cpp} and in the BaseLib::BuildInfo
namespace.

QT4_FOUND is now added to the compiler flags and not defined in Configure.h.

Unused definitions were collected by GC.

This makes it easier to package the OGS File Converter into the redistributable
packages.

The hard-tab in the generated Makefile is required!

Two CMake-runs are necessary, the first fails, the second succeeds.
