The following was removed in tclap 1.4:

Was used in one tool only, tclap/XorHandler.h is not available in tclap 1.4.

... with shared pointers. There is a generalization for
arbitrary types of map values and should be usable also
in the constitutive relations map for solids and BHEs.

This guarantees floating-point -> text -> floating-point
roundtrip.

Those places, where the output precision was explicitly
set to 15-18 places, were replaced with max_digits10
precision.
