Linker error on DataExplorer to netcdfcpp remains on macOS.

1. Changed urls to https which fixed the following error:

xsd/OpenGeoSysGLI.xsd, at line 1, column 66: Document is not a XML schema.
Error XSDError in ..., at line 3, column 194: Loaded schema file is invalid.

If this error ever pops up again try to cut the internet connection! No joke!

2. Local schema files are now copied to bin-directory during CMake configuration and package generatiion (install step).

This is now issuing a warning in cmake.

Added -f switch to CMakes remove command when cleaning-up old test
artifacts before running tests. Before, this the clean-up failed
when the artifact was not existant.

Before each vtk-diff call was run in its own process but in parallel.
With more than 30 processes it hung up forever. Worked around that by
running everything sequentially. :-(

Bumped CMake req. version to 3.2
Removed redundant ctest option (is already given by -T Test)

Fixes too long commands on Windows.

On Windows the maximum cmd length is 8192 chars.

Type 's' to focus search field.
